Prof. I Nengah Sinarta is a professor at Warmadewa University, Indonesia, specializing in geotechnical engineering, slope stability, and disaster mitigation. He earned his Doctorate from Gadjah Mada University in 2018, completed his Master’s degree in Engineering at Gadjah Mada University in 2003, and obtained his Bachelor’s degree from Udayana University in 1996. Additionally, he completed his Professional Engineering Program at Universitas Udayana in 2019. Actively engaged in research, he focuses on various aspects of geotechnical engineering, with an h-index of 11 on Google Scholar and an h-index of 4 on Scopus. Caroline Ellison is an Associate Professor at the University of South Australia with a keen interest in systemic societal and individual issues, such as disability-inclusive development, urban planning, and housing. She completed her Doctoral program at Flinders University, obtained a Graduate Certificate in Applied History & Heritage Studies at Flinders University, and earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (Disability Studies) at Flinders University. Actively engaged in research, her work focuses on disability and aging, housing, sexuality, and urban planning, with an h-index of 11 on Google Scholar and an h-index of 8 on Scopus.

Prof. Chen-Chung Liu began his research in computer-supported collaborative learning (CSCL) in 2001 and is one of the pioneering learning science researchers in Taiwan. He is an active contributor to various international professional communities, including ISLS and The Asia-Pacific Society for Computers in Education (APSCE). His research focuses on CSCL, science education, and interest-driven learning. His academic achievements are internationally recognized. He received the Distinguished Researcher Award from APSCE in 2011. He has also served as a member of the APSCE Executive Committee and as the Editor-in-Chief of Research and Practice in Technology Enhanced Learning (RPTEL), APSCE’s official journal, from 2018 to 2022. From 2019 to 2021, he was the chair of the review panel for Computer Science Education at the Ministry of Science and Technology, Taiwan, helping to shape national research directions and evaluate technology-based learning proposals.

Assoc. Prof. Ts. Dr. Mohd Zairul bin Mohd Noor is the Deputy Dean (Research, Innovation & Postgraduate) at the Faculty of Design & Architecture, Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) and the Editor-in-Chief of the Scopus-indexed journal, ALAM CIPTA. He holds a Ph.D. in Management in the Built Environment from TU Delft, Netherlands, and is a registered Professional Technologist (Ts.) with the Malaysia Board of Technologists (MBOT). His research expertise includes architecture and the built environment, circular economy, urban green infrastructure, and sustainable campus development. Additionally, he specializes in digital technology in architecture, project management, and industrialized building systems (IBS). Dr. Mohd Zairul has received multiple academic accolades, including the Best Teaching Practices Award for three consecutive years and the Penulis Harapan Award in media. As a keynote speaker and expert, he is frequently invited to discussions on qualitative research, circular economy, and sustainable architecture.

Jason Pajimola Punay is an Associate Professor at the Department of Physics and Meteorology, College of Science, Bicol University, Philippines. He specializes in atmospheric physics, meteorology, and satellite remote sensing. He earned his PhD in Atmospheric Physics from National Central University, his MSc in Meteorology from the University of the Philippines, and his BSc in Physics for Teachers from Philippine Normal University. His research focuses on the rapid intensification of tropical cyclones, satellite remote sensing of clouds and precipitation, tropical cyclone wind structure, and cloud microphysics. He is also an active speaker at various international conferences, including Asia Pacific Remote Sensing, the Asia Oceania Geosciences Society (AOGS), and the Philippine Meteorological Society Annual Convention.

Ts. Dr. Nur Haliza Binti Abdul Wahab is a Senior Lecturer at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), specializing in Blockchain, Quantum Computing, Internet of Things (IoT), Augmented Reality (AR), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Image Processing, and Indoor Positioning. She earned her Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) in 2017, after completing her Master’s in Electrical Engineering (2010) and Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering (Electronics) (2008) from the same institution. Actively engaged in research and innovation, she has led various national and international research projects related to Blockchain, IoT, and AI. Additionally, Dr. Nur Haliza serves as a keynote speaker at international conferences and is a certified trainer in Blockchain and IoT training programs.

Ts. Dr. Warid Wazien Bin Ahmad Zailani is a Senior Lecturer at Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), Malaysia, specializing in geopolymer concrete, advanced construction materials, and structural rehabilitation. He holds a Ph.D in Concrete Materials from Universiti Malaysia Perlis (UniMAP) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM).
